Having been in Real Estate for 20 years, I have a wealth of Experience.
Some years ago I recognised that to ensure that the best possible job is done for my clients, I needed to specialize in a geographical area I knew best. Naturally the area I chose was my own neighbourhood.
I believe that I have a greater understanding than others about why my neighbourhood is such a great place to live. When a buyer asks “what is this area like”, by being able to answer, “FANTASTIC....I own my home around the corner”, it certainly speaks volumes to those buyers!
Furthermore, I pride myself on giving my clients a First Class service and ensuring that their needs are always taken care of. Many Awards and many years later I am still more than ever, excited and ‘hungry’ to be the very best
