The preconceptions of estate agents not just in NZ but the world is not great and at the time we were looking to sell we were in a stressful situation and having to deal with a strict body corp. We met Tim who put us at ease and explained the situation clearly, body corps and the service they provide. We stuck by them and trusted their judgement and they stuck by us as well and would go above and beyond of what we would expect of an estate agent.
