Theresa Brand

  • Property Manager

Your business is nothing more than a reflection of who you are – these are words that Theresa firmly believes.

Originally from Cape Town – South Africa, Theresa and her family moved to NZ in 2008.

She relocated to the Bay of Plenty with her family in 2016.

With a 27 year background in the medical laboratory science and patient industry, which she enjoyed immensely, Theresa decided to build on the common thread which is an ability to build trust and to listen and understand people’s needs and concerns with an empathetic and caring attitude.  Having enjoyed working on the residential sales side for 5 years, an opportunity in the Property Management sector became available and she was ready to tackle a new venture.

The opportunity to combine her love for people and the strong desire to achieve results for both the landlord and the tenant is probably one of life’s best accomplishments.

Theresa believes that the keys to a great property management experience are honest communication, excellent interpersonal skills, being organised/detail oriented and a big dose of positivity will take the edge off any stressful situations.

Having recently relocated from Pyes Pa to Papamoa Beach she enjoys renovating their home with her husband.

I look forward to meeting you soon.
