I am proud to say I am genuine and honest with everyone I deal with and it pays off. I have sold over $300 million worth of properties since 2006. I am a passionate auctioneer and a co-owner of Ray White Tauranga since 2011.
I am here with you to give advice and knowledge on how to get the most for your property. I have experience and it’s my job to share it with you.
Being an auctioneer I have strong negotiation skills, a friendly persona, yet when it comes down to it, I get the deal done. We list property by auction where appropriate but certainly not in all cases.
I do a lot of work in the background to make sales run well. Hours are spent going through property files, council plans, analysing titles and working through LIMs. My role is to know everything I can about a property and to represent it to a purchaser in the strongest light possible.
I am supported by my team, Sue Peard and Mairead Cornille. You’ll be in touch with all of us, as we all play different roles, but my clients are never passed off to a member of the team - I am your lead agent and I’ll be there from start to end.
There’s always someone available and together we have a pretty exceptional range of knowledge and skills. We rotate open homes to make sure we all get a bit of work-life balance where we can. We’re all down to earth and none of us are afraid of putting in the yards. We do what we say we will and we go over and above.
Personally, I am born and bred in Tauranga, now living in Welcome Bay. I’m a proud father to my three young kids, Thomas, George and Zoe and a husband to my legend of a wife, Danielle. I’m partial to a bit of hunting and fishing and I'm a loyal warriors fan (which can be extremely stressful!).
