Richard Griffin, licensee salesperson with Ray White Ellerslie works in partnership with Pheon Hung serving the homeowners across the eastern region of Auckland from Howick/Botany Downs, and west to Panmure, Mt Wellington and the Bays. Richard and Pheon are household names for vendors and buyers in the region, expanding their geographic reach to offer clients broader options.

Much of Richard’s early career was spent working across Australasia in the building industry before he moved into sales. A management role in marketing and promoting golf in Auckland set Richard up perfectly for his next move and true calling in 2013 – real estate. 

Based in East Auckland, Richard hit his straps immediately and achieved Rookie of the Year and Rising Star that year. Richard is a highly effective communicator and excellent negotiator, who has handled countless residential real estate transactions across much of east and south Auckland. Richard is well networked and known for his honesty, integrity, enormous depth of local knowledge and affinity for people. As a combined Asian/Kiwi partnership, Richard and Pheon (who speaks Cantonese and Mandarin) offer diversity as a “two for the price of one” resourceful team. He and Pheon flourish as a team both in life and at work.
