The Ray White Dunedin Property Management team have been acknowledged with several awards at the annual Real Estate Institute Property Management Awards held at the Claudelands Exhibition Centre in Hamilton on Saturday 18th August. Bruce and Denise Robinson, the owners of Property Management Works, celebrated with their team through Deanne Thomson who was a finalist in the category of Property Manager of the Year and also Rebecca Smith, who was awarded the New Zealand Rookie of the Year for property management.

Denise said both Deanne and Rebecca are a credit to the Property Management Works team. She went on to say “Property Management Works has built a successful business on providing the highest level of service to both landlords and tenants and this is also the culture of our business which we believe reflects in these awards.”

Deanne Thomson said she was delighted to be recognised as a finalist in the property management awards. She said that while she acknowledged receiving the award individually “It is all about being part of a team and that is how our business is successful in Dunedin.”

Rebecca Smith, who received the Rookie of the Year award, joined Property Management Works from within the industry. Rebecca’s enthusiasm and commitment to her role as a property manager was spoken about when she received her award.

Bruce Robinson said he was proud of all of the Property Management Works team and especially the recognition of Deanne and Rebecca.
