Originally from Shanghai China, Nick moved to New Zealand in 2003. After getting his master’s degree in Marketing and International Trade he made the decision to start his new adventures in the Real Estate industry.

Nick has been involved in several large projects in central Auckland and achieved high volume of transactions. He also completed a few high value sales between 5 to 20 million around the Eastern Bay area. Within the first 9 months in 2016 he managed to sell close to 35,000,000 of real estate in Bayleys St Heliers.

As an area shop manager in Westfield shopping mall, Nick really enjoys working with people, spending time listening to their needs, responding efficiently, and providing a high standard of service. His positive attitude and down to earth personality mean he makes many friends along the way

In his spare time, Nick loves doing different kinds of sports and adventures. As an adopted Kiwi he enjoys the lifestyle and variety of food across New Zealand.
