Mark is the owner, principal and licensed agent for Ray White Westport
Having completed university in New Zealand, he then spent a decade cutting his teeth in corporate business in the UK. His experience there working for various multinationals encompassed board level representation, running large teams and ensuring corporate strategies were delivered on time and on budget.
Having relocated to New Zealand and starting a family, Mark began a building company specialising in new build properties with old world charm and style. The GFC struck and what he had learnt from building he took across to real estate, and he’s never looked back.
A business owner for 15 years now, Mark enjoys heading up the Ray White West Coast businesses. The teams are incredible; dedicated, family oriented, professional and very, very good at what they do. The resources available to them from a corporate level form such a solid foundation from which each of them can do the very best for their clients. The market intelligence, software, ambition, determination and corporate strategy are all second to none.
Mark knows his years of experience in the real estate sector plus that of the corporate world will further enhance what the Ray White team delivers to the wider uller and Westland region.
When not in meetings with the team, Mark tries to attain that ever sought-after lifestyle balance. His happiest times are spent with close friends and family on or near the water; a passion he has long enjoyed.
