As a licensed auctioneer, George was responsible for the conduct and calling property auctions, also calling numerous auctions charity organizations. George’s focus is on client service and satisfaction.
Having specialized in the Auckland central and suburban markets he has a broad knowledge and experience of both commercial and residential property most especially in prestige Eastern suburb properties. George has had a successful relationship with developers as a project marketer, and mortgagees, financiers and solicitors being their agent of choice for asset recovery and asset realization.
George believes real estate is a service industry is important to engage a realtor who provides outstanding service to both buyers & sellers. This he maintains is done through open and regular communication.
