Fiona Kiwi – Ray White Company Auctioneer and Sales Manager

I started into the real estate business in 1997 where I listed and sold many properties by way of auction as a salesperson.  In 2003 I ventured deeper into the auction culture as an auctioneer and have never looked back (despite being one of the select few female auctioneers in the industry). I now operate as an In-house Auctioneer across New Zealand with Ray White Real Estate Christchurch.

I have called thousands of auctions both in the North and South Islands and thrive on the results that specialist marketing campaigns bring.  Of course, in delivering positive outcomes to each and every property owner is the satisfying aspect that I love about the job.

I currently work with some of the highest performing agents in New Zealand who share a common focus to exceed expectations on all accounts.  I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise from some 26+ years of real estate marketing and auction experience.

I pride myself on smart presentation, strength, great communication and negotiation skills as well as a drive to grow the auction business with many win/win outcomes resulting.  The Latin meaning of the word auction (augeÕ) is to increase and that most definitely aligns well across all levels of marketing the property, buyer participation and providing a certainty of a sale.

Due to my passion of auctions, and my willingness to help people, I also offer my services free to charitable organisations and have helped to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars to go back into local communities.
