Encouraging authenticity. Embracing complexity. Backing the team, always.

I love being the person behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly - Systems.  Operations.  Digital.  Admin - all the moving parts that keep a great team firing on all cylinders. Supporting and empowering our front-facing crew is where I do my best work. When they’ve got what they need to shine, I know I’ve done my job.

I’m known as the go-to for objective problem-solving and offering a fresh perspective when things get tricky (I am often called the "Company Cat"). I bring calm to complexity, helping others feel at ease when things get messy or uncertain. I genuinely believe in encouraging authenticity within teams—people work better when they can just be themselves.

Change doesn’t scare me; I lean into it. I love staying ahead of the curve and helping the team take advantage of the newest tools and tech. Whether it’s a smarter system, a better process, or a new idea that helps us grow, I’m always up for trying something new that makes life easier or work better.

My background spans hotel management, sales admin with Ray White Papamoa, and a stint in property management here in the Bay—which means I get the pace, the pressure, and the people side of this business.

I’ve been part of the Ray White family since 2017, and I’m proud to work with a team that’s supportive, innovative, and doesn’t take itself too seriously (even though we take our work seriously!).
