Over the past two decades, Andy has built a distinguished career in Auckland’s real estate and construction industries, earning a reputation for technical expertise, deep local market knowledge, and exceptional client care.

Andy joined Ray White in 2005, and through years of dedication and consistent performance, he has achieved numerous milestones and industry recognitions. In 2014, he proudly completed both REINZ and Ray White Auctioneers Courses, further strengthening his understanding of property marketing and auction strategy. His leadership journey continued as he became a business owner, opening his own Ray White office in 2019. In 2024, following a successful merger, Andy became Co-Owner and General Manager of Ray White Albany, alongside business partners Lily Han and James Widjaja.

A fluent speaker of both English and Chinese, Andy excels at bridging cultural and communication gaps, connecting effortlessly with clients from all walks of life. He holds two university qualifications — one specialising in Marketing and Finance, and another in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying. In 2023, Andy achieved one of the highest professional credentials in the industry by completing the New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Level 6), becoming a Licensed Agent  — the highest qualification attainable in New Zealand real estate.
