These are fully furnished including linen, small fridge, wall mounted TV, and coffee making facilities, 3 with super king beds and one with queen
There is a further lounge , kitchenette, conservatory and toilet, plenty of storage is available
Additional cost for Single Person is $40 per week and Couple $50 per week for unlimited Internet power and gas
Secure off street parking for 3 cars
Common areas are cleaned every week and grounds are maintain by the owner
Close to the beach, transport and shops, next door to the Beach Cafe and Wine Bar
