
Carey Smith - NZ Chief Executive
Becoming involved in the real estate industry at the age of 17, Carey has spent his time predominantly with the Ray White Group as a salesperson, franchise owner, development manager and since 1997 as the Chief Executive of New Zealand operations. In recent times he has also taken responsibility for the growth of the Ray White Group Asian operations. His corporate career started in Sydney in 1990 as a development manager and auctioneer. In 1994, after running a business for two years he became involved with the Western Australian operations to amalgamate and merge Mair & Co and Peet & Co into Ray White. In 1996 Carey came to New Zealand on behalf of Ray White when the company traded through NZ with 58 offices as United Realty. In late 1997 he took leadership of the operation with the conversion through to Ray White United and subsequently Ray White Real Estate. Today the NZ group stands at 131 offices transacting approximately $4.7 billion worth of property. The company has shown continued growth which now sees the business as one of the preeminent real estate groups in New Zealand.

Celia Burbery - Property Management BDE
Celia's role in the corporate team supports the growth of the property management department nationwide. With a passionate approach to the property industry, Celia's numerous awards are a reflection of her commitment and achievements in sales, management and property management. Celia's constant pursuit of success was evident from her initial introduction to the industry as a young receptionist in 1983 and has excelled and experienced a range of different markets, companies and regions including Tauranga, Whangamata and Auckland. Corinna Mansell - NZ Business Performance Manager
Corinna joined the corporate team in 2006. Part of her role in the corporate team is to provide support to the business owners and sales teams so as to help them grow and develop their businesses. Corinna's knowledge in this area has come from her previous back ground of 18 years as a successful real estate sales person and business owner, from achieving runner up salesperson in a previous company, to achieving Premier 2004, Executive 2005, & Elite status in 2006. Corinna also achieved number 1 supreme salesperson in number of sales in 2006. At the same time Corinna's market share of her business when she sold had obtained ranks as the best in the country. Since joining the corporate team Corinna has been involved with office sales, changeovers as well as recruitment. Corinna enjoys the challenges that her corporate role brings.

Graeme Fraser - Auckland Business Performance Manager
Graeme joins the corporate team at Ray White with over 30 years of senior management experience in the financial services and real estate industries. He has particular strengths in general management, sales, planning and business growth and performance. Graeme spent eight years at Harcourt’s, in both the national management team and business ownership; two years in Blenheim as a principal/partner in Century 21 whilst looking after his ailing parents; and five years with Harvey’s as a regional manager in both Wellington and Auckland. More recently Graeme has been with Premium Real Estate for four years as General Manager and CEO. During his time in Real Estate, Graeme has built a successful track record in residential, rural/viticulture, commercial and property management. He has been fortunate to have received numerous awards for personal and office performance. Graeme is impressed with Ray White - the brand, the leadership, its growth in tough times, its systems and people, and is looking forward to working with franchise owners in the Auckland region to further consolidate and grow Ray White’s market share. Graeme is married with two sons and four grandchildren. He has been actively involved in sport, both as a player and administrator, and has a strong interest in community matters.

Lance Farrant - Business Development Executive
First joined the Ray White team in 2001 on the Gold Coast of Australia before joining the Ray White Redcliffs office in 2005. In 2009 Lance was appointed Sales Manager of the Prier Manson Group. Lance brings with him a great attitude and enthusiasm for his chosen profession and a strong emphasis on service and credibility. Away from work Lance and his family enjoy the many delights of the South Island region including his passion for Surfing.

Sarah Pearce - Growth Performance Executive
Sarah joined the corporate team in April 2011 and is delighted to take on the role of Growth Performance Executive. She brings with her skills and experience from an award winning career in real estate. As a new salesperson in 2003 Sarah achieved Top 10% award for the Auckland/Northland region with another group, and Runner Up Rookie of the Year. Early 2004 she moved to Ray White and enjoyed a significant leap in business growth as a result, quickly achieving the Ray White Premier status that year. She then grew her business to include a team of sales assistants known as the “Property Matchmaker” team and went on to attain and maintain Ray White Elite Award status (top 2% internationally) for four consecutive years (2005-2008).
Further to this she was nationally recognized as: No 1 for Business Growth 2006; No 3 for Referrals to Ray White Financial Services 2006; No 8 Supreme Salesperson 2007; No 13 Supreme Growth 2007; No 1 for referrals to Loan Market 2008; No 10 Supreme Salesperson 2008; No 1 for referrals to Ray White Financial Services 2009, and the Premier Award again in 2009. During this time, Sarah also attained her AREINZ and established a consistent TV profile as both Real Estate Agent and Property Expert; providing key input and presenting prime time material on national television, most recent being the Save Our Home series which aired in 2009. Sarah appreciates that with any business- both individually and as part of a group-- growth is the key underlying aspect. She now works actively to assist Ray White business owners with their ongoing recruitment within the group, as well as initiating opportunities outside the Ray White group to contribute to its ongoing growth and success.
